Here I come!
It's offical! I've purchased my airline tickets! Leaving May 25 and coming back August 22. That's 90 days...the longest you can stay in the EU without a visa. I'm so excited!!!
However, I'm now traveling by myself, as Sophie is unable to go this summer becasue of her foot (exact details I'm unaware of, but I'm not really a foot person, so that's why I didn't ask!). Bengel is being bengel and when I told him of my endevors he actually told me that I shouldn't even bother with Western Europe (I'm flying into London and leaving from Paris), becasue it's "boring and expensive." Well, I've never been there bengel, and I'm fully aware of the cost, and life is only what you make of it, and I don't plan on making it boring. It's not my fault you've traveled so many places that you're jaded at the thought of others traveling to forgein lands - maybe you should just go to Antartica and be with the penguins. :)

oooo! ZING!! Hey, not all of western europe is boring- I happen to be a huge fan of the Mediterranean. Spain and Portugal rock and you may even make it out of "civilization" into Morocco, which I've heard VERY good things about. I just don't have $30/day (minimum) to spend on my vacation. But good on ya- at 90 days, you'll have logged a longer continuous period in Europe than I ever have and gone to many more places too. I eagerly anticipate your reports. Are you going to southern Italy? Croatia? Turkey? Don't miss the Greek islands :)
